Important Note regarding additional costs
- The tourist tax is 2,00 € per person and per day.
- Deposit for smart card (key): 20,00 €
- Change of linen: 30,00 € per room (weekly change included in the room rate)
Terms of Reservations
- Minimum stay:
- 4 nights
- July/August: 5 nights
- With a minimum stay of 14 nights, we offer a discount of 10 % on the total price.
- All reservations require a 100 % full payment at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer
- Unfortunately we cannot accommodate your beloved, four-legged pets in Villa Paradiso.
- For Safety Reasons, Villa Paradiso is for Adults only.

Please note that the actual date the mail is received at our cancellation email address will determine the refund amount.
Our guests can cancel their reservations up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date without a penalty. Cancellations less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur 50 % penalty fee of the total of the room rate. Please contact us with any questions.
